referring to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 GDPR (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council) we inform you that:

1. The Controller/Entity processing your personal data is Global Eco Trade Joanna Pasicka with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Popowicka 48 lok.14.
2. The data will be processed for the purpose of:
Establishing cooperation, implementing the cooperation agreement and its settlement and presenting commercial offers.
3. The basis of processing is:
3.1. the voluntary consent, expressed by contacting us, in accordance with Article 6. Section 1(a) of the GDPR or
3.2. an agreement between the controller and the natural person whose data are processed, in accordance with Article 6. Section 1(b) of the GDPR or
3.3. legitimate interests pursued by Global Eco Trade Joanna Pasicka or by a third party - in accordance with Article 6 Section 1(f) of the GDRP - on this basis we process information made available in non-confidential records such as CEDIG, KRS, court records, REGON and other publicly available information such as company websites, advertising and marketing materials.
4.Your data may be made available to the controller's employees or associates, as well as to the entities providing support to the controller on a contracted service basis and in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded.
5. Your personal data will be stored for the maximum period necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of Global Eco Trade Joanna Pasicka, the protection of your personal data and within the time limits set by Polish and European Union law.
6. In connection with the new law, you have the right to request access to personal data concerning you, the right to rectify, erase or limit the processing of such data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer the data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing which has been carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Data Protection Authority).
